MY STORY

NOVEMBER 23rd, 2013

 

The Missouri Tigers were playing the Texas A&M Aggies. I don’t remember anything about the game except that Jonny Football was playing for the Aggies and my Tigers ended up winning the game to earn a trip to the SEC championship.

 

I do remember the bottle of vodka I drank during the game along with an entire bag of Cheetos I had consumed by half time. What I remember most was the picture I took of myself after the game.

 

I was depressed, had put on 30lbs in 6 months, getting out of bad relationship, exhausted from the 60 plus hour weeks, and I didn’t feel like a producer.

 

I snapped this photo and made a declaration that I had to change. I snapped this photo and The Executive Transformation was born.

 

Seven years later I’ve not only transformed my life, I’ve helped guide over 150 men on their fitness journey. The system I’ve created isn’t magical. There is nothing complex about the workouts or the nutritional strategy we practice. In fact, it is quite the opposite. One word can describe The Executive Transformation-Simple.
